GREENVILLE, KY., Nevaline Johnson, 90, of Greenville passed away on Sunday, July 3, 2022 at Owensboro Health Muhlenberg Community Hospital in Greenville. She was born on May 14,1932 in Muhlenberg County, the daughter of Ray McIntosh and Lydia Crick McIntosh. She was a housewife and a homemaker and was a member of Lone Star General Baptist Church.
Ms. Johnson was preceded in death by her parents, her husband L. A. Johnson of 62 years in 2010, a granddaughter Erika Crim, a great grandson Christian Jeffries, and a brother Gerald McIntosh.
She is survived by 2 daughters Judy Watts of Greenville, Debbie (Mark) Haliday of Central City, 4 sons Danny (Lana Beth) Johnson of Greenville, Gary (Donna) Johnson of Owensboro, Donnie (Cindy) Johnson of Greenville, Tony Johnson of Powderly, 15 grandchildren, 29 great grandchildren, 8 great-great grandchildren, 5 brothers Euvia McIntosh of Greenville, Eual (Linda) McIntosh of Benton, Thelbert (Joann) McIntosh of Seymore, IN., David McIntosh of White Plains, Darrell (Anita) McIntosh of Greenville, and 1 sister Kathlene Willis of Greenville.
Visitation will be on Friday, July 8, 2022 from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM and on Saturday, July 9 from 9:00 AM until 11:00 AM at Gary’s Funeral Home in Greenville.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, July 9, 2022 at 11:00 AM at Gary’s Funeral Home in Greenville, KY with Rev. Ruby Rickard officiating. Burial will follow in Evergreen Cemetery in Greenville, KY.
