Debra Lynn Sartain 64, of Madisonville, Kentucky went home to be with the Lord on Monday, July 18, 2022 at her home in Madisonville. Debra Lynn Jenkins was born March 7, 1958 in Owensboro, Kentucky to Jerry Wayne and Martha Ann Strong Jenkins. Debra retired as a property manager for Section 8 Housing in Madisonville and was a member of the Baptist faith. She enjoyed going to both yard sales and flea markets, singing, cooking out, spending time with both her family and friends, and caring for her dogs, “Zoe” and “Tilly.” Debra was preceded in death by her father, Jerry Jenkins; by a son, Jeremiah Shane Wilson and by a daughter, Brittany Ryann Wilson.
Survivors include three sons, Justin Wilson (Stephanie) of Bowling Green, Josiah Wilson (Nichole) of Owensboro and Tyler Sartain of Madisonville; six grandchildren, Katelynn Wilson, Taylor Wilson, Makenna Wilson, Macy Wilson, Max Wilson, and Miley Wilson; her mother, Martha Ann Sharp (Ronnie) of Livermore; a brother, Jeroan Jenkins of Georgia; and a sister, Nancy Moore (John) of Island.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Thursday at Livermore General Baptist Church. Burial will be in the Calhoun Cemetery in McLean County. Friends may visit with Debra’s family from 10:00 A.M. until 11:00 A.M. Thursday at the church. Muster Funeral Homes, Calhoun Chapel is handling the arrangements for Debra’s family.
