Joan Carol Severs, age 72 of Hardinsburg, KY passed away January 5, 2023 at Hardinsburg Nursing and Rehab Center. She was born in Hardinsburg, KY on January 28, 1950. Joan was a retired Walmart associate who enjoyed playing Rook and Bingo. She was a member of St. Romuald Catholic Church.
She was preceded in death by her son Billy Severs, parents Robert Bruington and Marjorie and Jack Weedman and brother Rodney Weedman.
Joan is survived by her daughter and son-in-law: Pam and John Hamilton of Brandenburg, KY
2 grandchildren: Katie and Adam Fogle
2 brothers: Randall Bruington of Kingswood, KY and Jackie Weedman of California
She is also survived by many cousins and friends.
In keeping with Joan’s wishes, the family has chosen cremation. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
