Owensboro Times live streamed the Greater Owensboro Chamber of Commerce’s Red, White and Blue event sponsored by Big Rivers Electric Corporation on Thursday.
This event was a “stump speech” format where each candidate was allotted time to speak. All local and state-level candidates were invited.
