Cousins Maine Lobster – a Nashville-based food truck franchise specializing in authentic Maine Lobster – is heading to Owensboro in February.
Lobster lovers can satisfy their fix at Integrated Therapy Solutions at 4333 Springhill Drive. The food truck will be open from 11 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. on February 22.

Their menu features an assortment of lobster rolls, lobster bisque, and New England clam chowder. Specialty items include lobster grilled cheese, lobster tots, lobster tacos, and a lobster quesadilla. Cousins also offers several drink and take-home options.
