An Amber Alert was released Friday evening by the US National Center for Missing and Exploited Children for a 4-month-old white female last seen in a black 1998 Buick Sabre.
The Amber Alert suspects that Michael Lay, a 28-year-old white male, is with her in the 1998 Buick LE Sabre, which has Kentucky plate number K2R477.
