Donald P. Drake, 76, of Maceo, passed away on Monday, July 22, 2024 at his home. He was born in Daviess County, Ky on January 29, 1948 to the late Hulbert and Florence Potter Drake. Donald was a Veteran of the United States Army, serving his country in Vietnam. He was retired from First Class Services as a truck driver. Donald enjoyed hanging out with family and friends, camping and fishing. He was preceded in death by his wife, Sharon Lloyd; granddaughter, Madison Drake; brothers, Merideth, Gene and Tony Drake.
Donald is survived by his son, Brad Drake and his wife Sam; grandson, Ethan Drake and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 26, 2024 from Noon until 2 pm at Gibson & Son Funeral Home, Lewisport Chapel with burial following in Kelly Cemetery, Maceo.
