Albert Randall McDaniel, 62, of Maceo, passed away on Thursday, July 25, 2024 at Owensboro Health Regional Hospital. He was born November 2, 1961 in Daviess County to the late Charles Albert and Elvia Louise Smith McDaniel. Randall had worked as a supervisor at a car wash and was a Christian, He loved spending time with family and friends, hunting, fishing, gardening, and a lover of dogs. Randall also enjoyed riding 4-wheelers, Bar-b-queing, working on his truck, and was a gun enthusiast. He also was quite a jokester and comedian.
Randall is survived by his children, Josh McDaniel of Louisville, Amy Nugent (Donald) of Owensboro, Brian McDaniel (Krystal) of Ayden, N.C., and Amber Boswell of Owensboro; eight grandchildren including Logan, Madison, and Kaylyn McDaniel, all of Owensboro; a sister, Sherri McDaniel Nance of Owensboro; and two nieces, Lanisha McDaniel and Hannah Luke, both of Owensboro.
The funeral service for Randall will be 3 PM Sunday, July 28, at Glenn Funeral Home and Crematory. Burial will follow in St. Williams Cemetery in Daviess County. Visitation will be from 11 AM until the time of the service Sunday at Glenn Funeral Home and Crematory.
