Kimberly Lynette Jackson, 60, of Owensboro, died Monday, August 5, 2024, under the care of Hospice and Palliative Care – Heartford House. She was born March 12, 1964, in Henderson. Kimberly lived her life to the fullest. She was an avid reader, lover of horror movies and crime solving mysteries, traveling with family and friends, and most of all, spending time with her kids and grandbabies. For over 25 years, Kimberly was a CNA at Wellington Parc and Hermitage Care and Rehabilitation. She adored her residents and always treated them like her own family.
Kimberly is preceded in death by her parents, John Gant and Faye Ann Johnson, and her brothers, John Gant, Steve Haygan, and Ricky Haygan.
Left to cherish her memories is her children, Jarell Gant, Brandon Gant, and Destiny Butts; stepfather, Tony Johnson; siblings, Paul Gant, Sonia Haygan, and Tina Whitlow; five grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; as well as a host of cousins, nieces, nephews, and other loving family members.
