Helen Katherine Lowe, 94, of Owensboro, passed away September 13, 2024. She was born March 5, 1930, in Grayson County, Kentucky to the late Grayson and Annie Wilson. Helen was also preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth Lowe.
She is survived by her daughters, Dana Lowe (Tom Evans) and Lisa Lowe.
