Mary Madeline Anderson 86, of Utica, Kentucky passed away Friday, September 13, 2024 at Owensboro Health Regional Hospital. Mary Madeline Trunnell, beloved mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and great great grandmother was born May 30, 1938 in Utica, Kentucky to the late Roy Hunter and Emma Frances Payton Trunnell. She was a member of Utica Methodist Church and a lifelong homemaker. Growing up on a farm she always loved all animals, family gatherings especially the 4th of July, and day trips visiting Rough River. In addition to her parents, Mary was preceded in death by a beloved granddaughter, Stephanie Howard.
Mary Madeline is survived by two daughters, Wendy Wills (Donnie) and Sheryl Harley (Darrell) both of Utica; granddaughters, Melissa Williams (Michael) and Karen Harley; great grandchildren, Michaela, Kobe, Bryson, Kaden, Ariana, Christian, Cori (E.J.), Katelyn, Courtney; a great great grandson, Deontae; and several cousins and close friends who were always like family to her.
Funeral services will be held at 3:30 P.M. Wednesday, September 18, 2024 at Muster Funeral Homes, Calhoun Chapel. Burial will be in the St. Anthony Cemetery in Browns Valley. Friends may visit with Mary’s family from 1:00 P.M. until 3:30 P.M. Wednesday at Musters in Calhoun.
