Owensboro Community & Technical College is offering students a “one-stop enrollment opportunity” every Tuesday through December. OCTC officials said the events are designed for the busy adult learner who may be juggling job and family responsibilities.
The sessions will be open from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on November 19, December 3, and December 10. The college will have staff to help with one-on-one advising regarding enrollment, financial aid, scheduling, and other items prospective students need to complete for the fall semester. The goal is to make the enrollment process as simple and fast as possible.
“We know many students are anxious about college, so we want to relieve that anxiety and try to make the process as easy as possible,” said Dr. Scott Williams, OCTC President.
OCTC will host Express Enrollment at the main campus, located at 4800 New Hartford Road, in the Campus Center. Anyone interested in applying and enrolling for the spring semester can walk in or schedule a personal appointment by calling 270-686-4418 or email [email protected].
For those interested in aid, apply online at studentaid.gov, or bring a copy of your 2023 tax returns and staff can help guide you through the process.
