James “Robert” Campbell, 86, of Owensboro, passed away on January 4, 2025. He was born in Daviess County, on July 8, 1938, to the late James and Nora Campbell.
Robert owned and operated Campbell Heating and Oil and was an avid collector of everything.
In addition to his parents, Robert is preceded in death by his wife, Joan Stewart Campbell, and his siblings, Bill, Margaret, and Dorothy.
Those left to cherish his memory are his nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at noon on Monday, January 20, 2025, at Haley McGinnis Funeral Home and Crematory. Burial to follow at Rosehill-Elmwood Cemetery. Friends and family are invited to visitation on Monday, January 20, 2025, from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service.
