Anthony Brian Osborne

April 9, 1964 - January 18, 2025

Anthony Brian Osborne, 60, of Owensboro, went home to be with his Lord and Savior on Saturday, January 18th, 2025. Brian was born in Owensboro, KY on April 9, 1964 to Tony Osborne Jr. and Brenda Minton.

 

Brian graduated from Owensboro High School and attended Vincennes University. Brian served his community working as a Patrolman and Detective for the Owensboro Police Department for 20 years until his retirement in 2008. After retirement, Brian occupied his time working for Courier Express and Danhauer Drugs.

 

Brian was a member of Harvest Baptist Temple where he regularly attended services and events with his wife Kim. He was a fan of the University of Kentucky as well as the Nashville Predators. Brian collected fountain pens, clocks, and orchids. He was a devoted family man, always there whenever his family needed him.

 

Brian is survived by his loving wife of 24 years, Kim Osborne; daughter, Erica Osborne; sons, Wyatt Osborne, and Stetson Osborne; mother, Brenda Minton; sister, Lisa (Lorus) Miller; brother-in-laws, Brad (Pam) Wright, and Greg (Carol) Wright; as well as many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and his faithful canine companions Capone and Raunzie.

 

He was preceded in death by his father, Tony Osborne Jr.; and special aunt, Audra (Robert Brian Lott) Ray.

 

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, January 21, 2025 at 2:00 pm with visitation from 10:00 am until the time of service at James H Davis Funeral Home and Crematory, 3009 Frederica Street, Owensboro, KY 42301. Burial will follow at Resurrection Cemetery
