BREMEN – Sandra Lynn Phillips, 55, of Bremen, died Tuesday, February 11, 2025, at 1:00PM at Owensboro Health Regional Hospital. Mrs. Phillips was born March 31, 1969, in Muhlenberg County. She was a member of New Harmony Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, Ronnie and Rose Miller; and daughter, Ronni Leann Bailey.
She is survived by her husband, Harry Phillips; daughters, Misty Bailey and Abigail Bailey; sister, Deborah (Joe) Montgomery; and brother, James (Susan) Miller.
Funeral services will be Thursday, February 13, 2025, at 11:00AM at Tucker Funeral Home in Central City, with Bro. Scottie Brooks officiating.
