Stella Bell Decker 101, of Calhoun, Kentucky passed away Tuesday, February 11, 2025 at her daughter’s home in Calhoun. Stella Bell Love was born February 1, 1924 in Hopkins County, Kentucky to the late James Finley and Lena Smith Love.
Stella retired from the former Charles Chips Factory in Calhoun after 29 ½ years of service and was a member of Calhoun Baptist Church. She enjoyed traveling and spending time with both her family and friends, especially her grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, Stella was preceded in death by her eleven siblings.
Stella is survived by a daughter, Sue Austin (Roger) of Calhoun; two grandchildren, Jeff Austin (Robin) of Owensboro and Camille VanAntwerp (Bill) of Manassas, Virginia; 4 great-grandchildren; and 2 great-great-grandsons.
Funeral services will be held at 3:00 P.M. Monday, February 17, 2025 at Muster Funeral Homes, Calhoun Chapel. Burial will be in the Calhoun Cemetery in McLean County. Friends may visit with Stella’s family from 12:00 P.M. until 3:00 P.M. Monday at Musters in Calhoun.
