Rita Sue Anderson, 69, of Calhoun, passed away on Wednesday, March 19, 2025 at Riverside Nursing Home. She was born June 4, 1955 in Madisonville to the late James and Hallie Carter Anderson. Rita had worked previously at Riverside Manor Nursing and was a member of Mt. Vernon Baptist Church.
She is survived by her son, James Anderson; sisters, Shirley Anderson, Betty Atherton, and Reba Wathen; nieces, Tammy Lytle, Cindy Atherton, and Stacey Thompson; and nephews, Greg Austill and Troy Burkhart.
There will be no service or visitation. James H. Davis Funeral Home and Crematory is in charge of her arrangements.
