• Michael Donnell Winstead, 39, of the 1000 block of W. Parrish Avenue was charged with driving under the influence.
• Edward Davis, 61, of the 1000 block of Thompson Drive was charged Monday with driving under the influence.
• Dena M. Stewart, 38, of the 700 block of Wandering Lane was charged Monday with first-degree trafficking a controlled substance (carfentanil or fentanyl).
• Caryn Rice Roach, 55, of the 7000 block of KY 54 was charged Tuesday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth).
• Wilbert Lee Roach, 59, of the 4000 block of Greenbriar Road was charged Tuesday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth).
