• Jason E. Young, 46, of 3101 Burlew Blvd, #J, was charged Thursday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth), and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Matthew Troutman, 35, homeless, was charged Thursday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth).
• Lesha Parker Lovell, 62, of 614 Crabtree Ave, was charged Thursday with shoplifting (conspiracy to commit theft by unlawful taking or disposition), first-degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Anna Nicole Bowlds, 45, of 2301 Carter Road, Apt 2, was charged Friday with shoplifting (theft by unlawful taking or disposition) and illegal possession of a legend drug.
