Brenda T. Brown, 81, of Owensboro, passed away Wednesday, May 21, 2025 under the care of Hospice and Palliative Care of Western Kentucky. She was born in Rosine, Kentucky to the late Charles E. and Christine Braun Tucker.
Brenda retired from Swedish Match after 29 years of service, beginning her career when it was Pinkerton Tobacco. She was associated with Good Shepherd and Christ Redeemer Churches.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son’s father, Ernest Ray Brown in 2018; and a sister, Norma Jean Rouse.
She is survived by her son, Kevin Brown and several nieces and nephews.

The funeral service will be at 2:00 PM, Tuesday, May 27 at Glenn Funeral Home and Crematory, where visitation will be held from 10:00 AM until time of service Tuesday. Burial will be at Owensboro Memorial Gardens.
