Saw Mu assisted Gabe Sandefur in the 8th minute en route to Daviess County’s 4-2 win over University Heights. Atley Thompson scored an unassisted goal in the 22nd minute, Graham Robinson found Asher Hendrix in the 36th minute, and Carter Houk assisted Tauler Hoak in the 58th minute. Cooper Payne started in net in the first half, recorded three saves, while Noah Mason had three saves in the second half.
“As a team, we moved the ball very well against a high pressing University Heights team with a lot of speed,” Daviess County Head Coach Dale Armistead said. “This was the best composure and ball movement we have played all season, and I am really proud of the guys.”
