• Robert Bradshaw, 48, homeless, was charged Tuesday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth).
• Lesley M. Royal, 33, of the 300 block of Skinner Lane, was charged Tuesday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth).
