• Barron Andrew May, 34, of the 200 block of Stone Avenue, was charged Monday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth) and driving under the influence.
• Randolph Smith, 46, homeless, was charged Tuesday, with first-degree trafficking a controlled substance (meth).
