• Heather Russelburg, 35, of the 900 block of Parkway Drive South, was charged Tuesday with driving under the influence.
• Gabriel Elias Domingo Lopez, 37, of the 1000 block of Haynes Avenue, was charged Tuesday with driving under the influence.
