Angela Marie Howard, 46, of Owensboro, passed away on Saturday, November 1, 2025 at her home. She was born July 19, 1979 in Owensboro to Alan and Florence Ralph Howard. Angela was a supervisor with Child Protective Services in Indiana. She graduated from Apollo High School in 1997 and was a Central Missouri State graduate. Angela loved being outdoors, hiking, kayaking, UK sports, Kansas City Chiefs, and the band, Smashing Pumpkins.
She is survived by a daughter, Lily Howard (James Burke); two grandchildren, Brynlee Rose Burke and Rowan James Burke; brother, Ricky Howard; sister, Shelly Fulkerson (Zack); and significant other, John Castlen.
A memorial service will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, November 9, 2025 at James H. Davis Funeral Home and Crematory. Visitation is from 12:00 to 4:00 p.m. on Sunday at the funeral home.
