• Onri M. Ayres, 47, of the 1000 block of Holly Avenue, was charged Wednesday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth).
• RIchard V. Barrett, 54, of the 1000 block of Holly Avenue, was charged Wednesday with first-degree trafficking of a controlled substance (meth).
• Shelby Lynn Vincent, 28,. of the 100 block of Stockton Drive, was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence.
