McLean County 57, Valley 49
Layden Bozarth had 25 points, and Camden Baird added 19 points as the Cougars beat Valley 57-49 in the Independence Bank Christmas Classic. Brooks Lynam grabbed eight boards.
McLean County 67, Trinity 51
Layden Bozarth had 23 points, and Brooks Lynam added 13 points to power the Cougars past Trinity 67-51. Camden Baird finished with 13 points, and Jaelin Groves recorded 11 points. The Cougars will face off against Webster County tonight at the SportsCenter in the championship game of the Independence Bank Christmas Classic.
Grant Howard scored 12 of his 19 points in the second quarter, and Harrison Barnett had 12 points.
Owensboro Catholic 55, South Knox (Vincennes), IN 48
Dre’Mail Carothers hit three threes to go along with his team-high 16 points in the Aces’ 55-48 win over South Knox in the Toyota Tournament in Princeton, IN. Braylon Coots had 15 points, and Jake Murphy hit three threes to go along with his 14 points.

Dre’Mail Carothers hit three threes to go along with his team-high 17 points, as the Aces dropped a heartbreaker to Princeton, IN, 56-55. Solly Smith added 16 points, and Jake Murphy hit three threes.
Trinity 53, Mayfield 51
Harrison Barnett scored 11 of his team-high 21 points in the Raiders’ 53-51 win over Mayfield. Ian Roby hit three threes to go along with his 18 points, and Cale Boarman finished with 12 points.
