Michelle “Mickey” Blan Hunter, 67, of Owensboro, passed away on February 1, 2026 at Owensboro Health Regional Hospital. She was born September 12, 1958 in Owensboro to the late Charles A. Blan and Dianne Gayle Stevens Blan. Mickey had worked as a loan officer for U.S. Bank for 20 years and was a member of Christ Community Church. She enjoyed UK basketball, working puzzles, sewing, playing Bunco and singing in the choir.
She is survived by her husband, Greg Hunter; daughter, Erin Michelle Hunter; grandson, James Moseley; stepdaughter, Tiffany Hunter; sister, Charlotte Harley (Barry); one niece; and two nephews.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
