• Buddy Haire, 38, of the 2000 block of Strawbridge Place, was charged Saturday with first-degree strangulation.
• Christean Earl Hagan, 24, of the 3000 block of New Hartford Road, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence.
• Jessica Catelynn Rowe, 21, of the 400 block of Cedar Street, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence.
