• Kelly Back, 39, of the 1000 block of 1000 W. 3rd Street was charged Thursday with possession of matter portraying sexual performance by a minor under 12.
• Jada Kassidy Ricketts, 30, of Palm Bay, Fla., was charged Friday with driving under the influence and first-degree possession of a controlled substance (cocaine).
