Joyce Troutman, 79, of Utica, KY passed away on Friday, March 13, 2026 at the Heartford House under the care of Hospice and Palliative Care of Western Kentucky. She was born on July 1, 1946 in Owensboro to the late Noel and Alice Nalley McClure. Joyce retired from Texas Gas where she had worked as an administrative assistant. She was a member of Red Hill Baptist Church and loved quilting.
Survivors include her husband of 59 years, William ‘Billy’ Troutman; daughter, Bridget Troutman Austin (John); and her fur babies, Chelsea, Toffee and Lando.
A graveside service will be held at 2:00pm on Wednesday, March 18, 2026 at Green Brier Baptist Church Cemetery.
