• Breana Hobdy, 33, of the 100 block of E. 23rd Street, was charged Saturday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth).
• Mary B. Phipps, 45, of the 2000 block of Landing Terrace, was charged Monday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth).
