Frank Leigh Fulton, 70, of Owensboro, passed away April 5, 2026. He was born in Dwight, KS on March 31, 1956, to the late Dorothy Victoria (Payne) and Frank Leigh Fulton.
Frank enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren, fishing, and camping, and cherished the time he spent outdoors, where he felt most at peace.
Frank is preceded in death by his parents.
Those left to cherish his memory include his children, Jonny Fulton (Jessica), Racheal Dotson (Doug), and Dorothy “Dottie” Fulton; his grandchildren, Alec Arroyo, Frankee Lynn, D.J., Miranda, Lizatine, Octavia, and Alphaeas; his siblings, Joe Fulton, Linda McDonald (John), Vicki Leonard, Margaret Morgan (Scott), and Diane Howard, as well as many cherished nieces and nephews.
Mass of Christian Burial will take place at 12:00 pm, on Thursday, April 9, 2026, at Haley McGinnis Funeral Home and Crematory. Friends and family are welcome to visitation on Thursday, April 9, 2026, from 9:00 am until the time of service at the funeral home. Burial will follow mass at Fordsville Cemetery.
