Joyce Ann Webb Frank, age 83, of Garfield, KY, passed away April 6, 2026, at Breckinridge Memorial Hospital. She was born in Garfield on October 8, 1942, daughter of the late Richard Arvin and Virginia Mallory Webb. Joyce was a homemaker who enjoyed sewing, quilting, baking, collecting tea sets, working crossword and word search puzzles, reading and playing games on her I Pad.
Joyce is survived by 2 sons: Ricky Frank (Pamela) of Latta, SC and Justin Frank (Amanda) of Owensboro, KY
2 grandchildren: Cody Summerford and Sierra Britt
4 great grandchildren: Elijah, Nathan and Jeremiah Britt; Layken Holtzclaw
Brother: Larry Webb of Garfield, KY
Niece: Andrea Beasley (Marty)
Great niece and nephews: Caeleb, Alyssa and Carter Masterson
2 great great nieces and nephews: Ainsley and Joey
Funeral services will be held at Trent-Dowell Funeral Home on Friday, April 10, 2026, at 11 AM with burial in the Garfield Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Thursday, 3:30 – 8 PM and Friday after 8:30 AM.
