James Audry Wheatley, 80, of Beaver Dam, passed away on Sunday, May 10, 2026 at Owensboro Health Regional Hospital.
James was born on October 19, 1945 in Hancock County to the late Herbert Paul and Gwendolyn Brown Wheatley.
Survivors include his children, Lisa Loyd Young, Paulette Thomas and Gwendolyn Wheatley; sister, Frances Paulette Payne; and brother, Jerry Wheatley.
Services will be held at a later date. James H. Davis Funeral Home & Crematory is in charge of the arrangements.
