Jonah Tayshaun Neal, 25, of Memphis, TN, passed away on Wednesday, May 20, 2026. He was born on August 30, 2000, to Patrick Wilson and Jessica Neal. A man of few words, he loved music, anime, and bingo with his granny. He loved his dog, Flynn.
Jonah was preceded in death by his father, Patrick Wilson; and brothers, Tyree Williams and Patrick Wilson Jr.
Survivors include his mother, Jessica Neal; siblings, Jada Taylor, Jordyn Taylor, Qaneisha Taylor, Katricka Wilson, Levee Wilson, Malik Wilson, Javar Acton, Janiya Bellamy, Jace Bellamy, Sererity Wilson, Lexie Wilson, Kaliyah Fenwize, Aniyah Wilson, Kasesan Wilson, Xa’Shawn Taylor, Kaylee Mills, Jayden Smith; grandmothers, Cynthia Aldridge (Owensboro), Cynthia Wilson (Owensboro), great-grandmother, Ida Leachman (Owensboro); numerous aunts, uncles, great-aunts, great-uncles, and cousins; and a very special friend, Matthew Seifert.
A Home Going will be held at 2:00pm on Wednesday, June 10, 2026, at James H. Davis Funeral Home & Crematory. Burial will follow the service at Utica Cemetery. Visitation will be from 11:00am to 2:00pm on Wednesday at the funeral home.
