Frank Albert Billings, 56, of Owensboro, passed away on Wednesday, May 27, 2026 at Owensboro Health Regional Hospital. He was born November 11, 1969 in Dayton, Ohio to the late Frank Ringler and Edith Marie Powell Goetz. Frank was a U.S. Navy veteran.
He is survived by his siblings, William “Bill” Billings (Kimberly), Chuck Billings (Martina), and Angel Billings; and several nieces and nephews.
There will be no service or visitation.
