DRAKESBORO – Donna Gayle English, 63, of Drakesboro, died Wednesday, June 24, 2026 at 3:57AM at Owensboro Health Regional Hospital in Owensboro. Ms. English was born in Muhlenberg County on January 26, 1963. She was a Homemaker. She had a servant’s heart and loved helping people. In her spare time, she enjoyed fishing, and she loved her dog, Lucky. More than anything, she loved her husband and family. She was preceded in death by her parents, Darrell and Joann Vick; and brother, Terry Vick.
She is survived by her husband of 47 years, Jimmy English; brother, Michael Vick (Lesa); sisters-in-law, Angela Baize, Teresa Tingle, Tabatha Steele (Timmy), Reba Avery (Lynn), and Lindsay Vick; brother-in-law, Harold English; and several nieces and nephews.
