BREMEN – Robert Dean Romans, 69, of Bremen, died Monday, July 20, 2026, at 10:04AM at his residence. Mr. Romans was born December 5, 1956, in Muhlenberg County. He was a retired laborer at Cal-Maine Foods. He enjoyed fishing and playing poker, and was a jokester. He loved Dr. Pepper, and spending time with his grandchildren and family. He was preceded in death by his mother, Tootsie Romans; father, Robert Romans; and brothers, Ray Romans and Dale Romans.
He is survived by his wife, Teressa Lyn Rose Romans; children, Robert Dean (Ashley) Romans II, Patricia (Eric Matthews) Johnson, and Ricky (Miranda) Romans; grandchildren, Chelsie, Elizabeth (Karson), Taylor, and Dillon Jonnson, Ethan and Zoey Matthews, and Levi and Holden Romans; two great-grandchildren; and siblings, Wayne Romans, Faye McIntosh, Lynn Romans, Sherry Collingsworth, and Kay Wood.
Funeral services will be Wednesday, July 22, 2026, at 12:00 noon at Tucker Funeral Home in Central City, with Bro. Chris Anderson officiating. Burial in East Union Cemetery.
