• Lexy Higgs, 24, of the 1000 block of W. 2nd Street, was charged Thursday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth).
• Lauren Taylor Elliott, 20, of the 3000 block of Dove Loop N., was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence.
