Aces blank Meade County on the road
The Owensboro Catholic Aces bounced back after their last loss a week ago to Daviess County as they shutout Meade County Saturday on the road.
Luke Hagedorn scored both goals for the Aces as they cruised by Meade 2-0.
Catholic finished with 36 shots in the game, 18 of them on goal. Caleb Ranallo didn’t need a save in the shutout.
The Aces play their last regular-season game Tuesday at Hopkins County Central.

Ohio County downs E-gals
The Apollo E-gals couldn’t make it three wins in a row Saturday as they fell to Ohio County on the road.
AHS had scored five goals in its previous two games but couldn’t find its offense as the E-gals fell 10-0 to OC.
Apollo continues its road trip Monday at Greenwood.
