Daviess County grabs high finishes at Greater Louisville Classic
The Daviess County Panthers and Lady Panthers each had high finishes Saturday at the Greater Louisville Classic.
The Lady Panthers finished second to Oldham County as they registered two top-five finishers.
Emily Ann Roberts finished fourth overall with a time of 19:17.2 while Emily Rempe finished fifth at 19:21.6.
DC is now ranked second in the state.
The Panthers finished third overall in the boys’ race as St. Xavier took first and Trinity finished runner-up.
Brady Terry finished fourth overall with a time of 15:50.2 while Alex Adams finished eighth with a time of 16:15.0.
The DC boys’ cross country team is also ranked second in the state.
