A total of 223 more cases of COVID-19 and 108 recoveries were announced Saturday for the Green River District, including 116 cases and 57 recoveries in Daviess County. One coronavirus-related death each was reported in Daviess, McLean, Ohio and Webster counties.
As reported by Green River District Health Department:
- New cases by county: Daviess (116), Hancock (8), Henderson (36), McLean (9), Ohio (34), Union (8), Webster (12)
- New recoveries by county: Daviess (57), Hancock (2), Henderson (25), McLean (2), Ohio (15), Union (4), Webster (3)
- Total number of reported cases in the district: 9,367
- Total number of reported cases now recovered: 7,033 (75%)
- Total number of reported cases currently hospitalized: 48
- Total number of cases that have required hospitalization: 540 (6%)
- Total number of deaths in the district: 162
The county totals to date are:
- Daviess County – 3,915 cases, 2,871 recovered, 14 current hospitalizations, 195 ever hospitalized, 54 deaths
- Hancock County – 320 cases, 243 recovered, 2 current hospitalizations, 18 ever hospitalized, 11 deaths
- Henderson County – 2,215 cases, 1,684 recovered, 10 current hospitalizations, 141 ever hospitalized, 41 deaths
- McLean County – 419 cases, 322 recovered, 3 current hospitalizations, 34 ever hospitalized, 21 deaths
- Ohio County – 1,176 cases, 812 recovered, 11 current hospitalizations, 76 ever hospitalized, 18 deaths
- Union County – 738 cases, 642 recovered, 1 current hospitalizations, 39 ever hospitalized, 9 deaths
- Webster County – 584 cases, 459 recovered, 7 current hospitalizations, 37 ever hospitalized, 8 deaths

- Age range: 1 month-102 years old
- Average age: 45
- Male: 44.9%
- Female: 55.1%

- 80+ — 593 cases
The cases reported by GRDHD have been investigated and confirmed locally. These cases are then reported to the Kentucky Department for Public Health. This process sometimes may result in lags between state and local reporting and some discrepancies from duplicate reports.
