Apollo sweeps Henderson County, Hancock County
Apollo hit the tennis court Tuesday and grabbed dominant victories over Henderson County and Hancock County.
Against the Colonels, the E-gals won 9-0. Mia Lamper, natalie Estes, Sophey Jennings, Kyndall Hayden and Katie Rice won singles matches for AHS. In doubles, the duos of Caroline Ashby/Maddie Wahl and Maddie Jones/Emma Parker both grabbed 8-0 wins over the Colonels.
The Apollo Eagles dominated the Hornets 6-0 with Stetson Osborne, Luke Austin, Nick Shannon and Jamison Franey grabbing singles win. Osborne and Austin teamed up, along with Shannon and Evan Wilson to grab doubles wins over Hancock County.
