Owensboro Police Department

Katherine E. Hoffman, 35, of the 1900 block of E. 19th St. was charged Monday with a warrant for first-degree assault.

Isaac Estes, 24, of the 5400 block of Balmoral Ct. was charged Monday with an indictment warrant for first-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument, tampering with physical evidence and first-degree possession of a controlled substance.

Jordan Terry, 20, of the 600 block of Gunther Ave. was charged Monday with an indictment warrant for kidnapping and 2 counts of theft by unlawful taking or disposition of an automobile.

Christen Shane Stewart, 30, of the 2800 block of W. 5th St. was charged Monday with an indictment warrant for impersonating a peace officer and theft by unlawful taking or disposition of contents from a vehicle under $500.

Jeremy Riley, 32, of the 100 block of Texas Ave. was charged Monday with an indictment warrant for possession of a handgun by a convicted felon and persistent felony offender.

Dustin Croxton, 24, of the 800 block of Oglesby St. was charged Tuesday with an indictment warrant for first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (meth), second-degree fleeing/evading police (on foot) and possession of drug paraphernalia.

James M. Anderson, 20, of the 2100 block of Summer Walk was charged Monday with driving under the influence of alcohol/drugs, etc. (first offense).

Theresa Morrow, 53, of the 200 block of E. 21st St. was charged Monday with fugitive from another state.
