New Fears Eve, the latest film from local creators P.J. Starks and Eric Huskisson, is nearing completion. The film’s In Demand campaign is coming to a close tonight.
“This project was no small undertaking, and the crowdfunding campaign is still ongoing,” Starks said. “The producers did reach their initial goal, but are still hoping to raise additional funds to make the project bigger and better. Plus, Starks said the funds will help with post-production.”

The film, which features Felissa Rose (Sleepaway Camp, Terrifier 2), Dave Sheridan (The Devil’s Rejects), Hannah Fierman (V/H/S) and Jeffrey Reddick, creator of the Final Destination franchise, also has a main cast of local actors plus some celebrity appearances, the slasher pic blends horror and comedy while still focusing on a character-driven plot.
Starks said the cast and crew have worked incredibly hard on this new film.
“We can’t wait for everyone to see all the horrors our killer will bring to the silver scream,” he said.
