Officials at Western Kentucky Botanical Garden have officially canceled the Dazzling Daylilies events scheduled for Saturday and Sunday, including Balloons over the Garden and the evening cruise-in.
The festival opened Thursday June 20 and will run through June 29.
This year’s theme, “The Greatest Blooms on Earth,” will bring the circus to life inside the 14-acre Garden. While activities take place each of the 10 days, June 22 is the main event. On that day, event organizers said visitors can expect a stilt walker from Disney World’s Animal Kingdom, a Cirque du Soliel hula artist, strolling clowns, a fire juggler and tumblers.
