Due to COVID-19, Wendell Foster has postponed the 3rd Annual Special Needs Expo until March 21, 2021.

The Expo, originally scheduled for next month, allows community agencies to collaborate in providing information about resources and services that will assist families in supporting a loved one with a disability.

Exhibitor registration will open on Feb. 1, 2021.

This year’s guest speaker was supposed to be Sean McElwee — a cast member on the Emmy-winning A&E show “Born This Way.” Cindy Huston, Wendell Foster Technology and Resource Center director, said they are waiting until after the first of the year to see if he will be in attendance at the 2021 event.
