Puzzle Pieces announced the lineup for their annual Lip Sync Battle Monday morning, and tickets for the show sold out in seconds. The event will be at the Owensboro Convention Center on May 1.

“In the five years we have been doing the Lip Sync Battle, Owensboro has always been so supportive,” said Puzzle Pieces Executive Director Amanda Owen. “In the past, tickets have sold out quickly, and that was even true this year despite COVID. We can’t thank the community — our sponsors, battle teams, emcees, volunteers, ticket buyers — enough for their support.”

Last year, the event raised more than $120,000.

The 2021 event is presented by Kentucky Legend. WBKR will be the official media sponsor, with Chad Benefield and Angel Welsh hosting for the fifth consecutive year. They will be kicking the night off with their own lip-sync routine.
