ROMP Festival is now just one week away, and we’ve got everything you need to know — including pre-festival check-in this week, tickets prices increasing soon, arrival info, and the daily stage schedule. The event is scheduled for Sept. 15-18 at Yellow Creek Park.

As previously announced, officials are requiring those attending ROMP Festival provide either proof of full vaccination or negative COVID-19 test within 72 hours of entering the festival.

Event officials also released this arrival info video highlighting all the info below.

PRE-FESTIVAL CHECK-IN

In an effort to reduce lines at the gate, a pre-festival check-in is being offered this week at the Bluegrass Music Hall of Fame & Museum (311 W. 2nd St.). This only applies to those with proof of vaccination. In addition to festival wristbands, a unique verification wristband will also be issued so attendees only have to go through this process once.

Pre-festival check-in dates and times are:

  • Thursday, 12-4 p.m.
  • Friday, 2-5:30 p.m.
  • Saturday, 11 a.m.-4 p.m.

Those who check in early should bring the following:

  • Proof of COVID Vaccination
  • Proof of Identification
  • Valid 2021 ROMP Ticket

Those under 16 and unable to present a photo ID must be accompanied by a parent who can attest to their identity.

TICKETS

All ticket prices increase at midnight on Sept. 10. Numerous ticket options are available including single-day or four-day VIP or general admission, as well as tent camping and RV options.

Tickets can be purchased here.

RV CAMPERS
Lineup Date: Sept. 14

Do not park on the side of the highway.
Pre-Festival Check-in: For the RVs that stage at Reid’s Orchard, have your proof of vaccination or negative COVID test ready to be verified, along with your tickets. Do not park on the side of the highway.
Pre-Festival Check-in: For tent campers that stage in the lot next to the entrance of Yellow Creek Park, have your proof of vaccination or negative COVID test ready to be verified, along with your tickets.
